Travis has done many jobs for us. Some large, and some small. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and knowledgeable plumber, then he and his guys are the ones you need to call. He has great communication with his customers and he will not try to sell you something that you don’t need. And he is a very nice guy! We highly recommend My Plumber!

A week before Thanksgiving, we had a hot water pipe break. I called a plumbing company who came out and did an assessment, and said they’d be back the next day. They canceled that morning, and rescheduled for Monday; then canceled again. I am SO lucky that a friend recommended My Plumber!! Travis came out on Tuesday, gave us a (very reasonable) estimate, and his team came out the next day and fixed the pipe. They were awesome- and we have hot water in time for turkey! Thank you My Plumber!!! We’ll absolutely be calling next time we have the need.

These guys were here the very next day and I think if I would’ve called them first thing in the morning they probably would’ve been here same day. The owner Travis treated me like we were long time friends and his staff treated us the same. This company communicated everything. Took the time to really trouble shoot my tankless water heater so they didn’t waste my money. Travis didn’t think it was the unit and he asked me to try out the system with the temporary fix that he made in the plumbing system for a day or two to make sure that was the issue. It turned out to be the exact plumbing issue that he thought is was and there was nothing wrong with the actual unit. Another company told me I would probably have to replace the unit if the flush didn’t work. Travis came back the next day and made the repairs necessary saving me a lot of headache and money. A good friend recommended Travis to me and I am recommending him to anyone reading this. If you want an honest company who cares about keeping their customers long term by keeping them happy. This is the one for sure.

Moved into my newly renovated home in Cedar Crest and it turned out that the drain pipes from the home had some pretty serious clogs. Travis came out at the appointed time and took a little very time to figure out what was wrong and corrected it. Keywords… Timely, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fair price.

If I could leave more stars I would! Travis is absolutely delightful and has solved both of my plumbing issues quickly and at incredibly fair prices. If you need a plumber this is who you should call!

My Plumber's Travis Day is a pleasure to work with! I have had him out to my home twice, once for a hot water heater installation and another time for a gas valve issue. He is thorough, competent, professional, and personable, along with having very reasonable pricing! I highly recommend him and his company!

The day before traveling out of town, I found my hot water storage tank leaking. One call to My Plumber was all it took to get the tank replaced quickly and at a fair price. Travis and his crew were professional, honest and clear about what needed to be done. They even replaced a couple of valves that needed attention. The crew kept us informed throughout the process and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. These guys deserve a 10-star rating, and I will definitely give them all my plumbing business in the future.

My Plumber has come out to my house multiple times for water leaks, repairs, and equipment replacement. They are professional, courteous, and get the job done effectively and efficiently. Their prices were lower than the other quotes I received so I believe pricing is very fair. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a trustworthy plumber.
